Lagoon Terraces:
21 x Freehold; Triple, Double and Single storey designs overlooking the salt water lagoon.

Along the northern side of the lagoon is a selection of designs for three-, two- and one-storey homes, set in groups of three or four, all with views of the one of its kind salt water lagoon and the landscaped private gardens. Certain three-storey units have sea views as a bonus.

The designs feature the following:
